Anna Liu joined HashKey Group in 2018. She previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at Tencent and practiced at U.S. international law firm Skadden. She brings legal advisory expertise in financial innovation, fintech, and IT from over a decade of experience in private placements and investment funds, cross-border investment, M&A, and capital markets in Hong Kong and internationally.
Anna Liu is qualified as a lawyer in China and holds a Master of Laws from the University of San Francisco.
