Position: Senior Manager / Director, Institutional Business Development – On-chain Capital & RWA

The Role
HTP supports institutional and professional investors with RWA product access, RFQ workflows, market-maker connectivity and on-chain DvP settlement.
We are looking for an institutional BD professional with strong digital-asset client coverage. The role will focus on crypto funds, Web3 family offices, digital-asset companies and treasuries, as well as other institutional investors seeking RWA exposure, and will convert client interest into real transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and manage institutional clients with on-chain or deployable digital-asset capital;
- Assess clients’ capital, investment preferences, liquidity needs and wallet or custody arrangements to identify actionable RWA opportunities;
- Work with product, compliance and operations teams to support onboarding, investor eligibility, whitelisting, RFQ execution and settlement;
- Manage the client pipeline and drive pilots, completed transactions and repeat allocations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in institutional BD, institutional sales, digital-asset financial services, wealth management or investment-product distribution;
- An active and verifiable network among crypto funds, Web3 family offices, digital-asset companies, project treasuries or related institutional investors;
- Good understanding of stablecoins, on-chain wallets, multisig or MPC, digital-asset custody, and the fundamentals of RWA or fixed-income products;
- Proven ability to convert client relationships into onboarding, allocations, transactions or AUM;
- Strong execution, communication and compliance awareness, with professional fluency in Chinese and English.
Preferred
- Experience in institutional sales at a digital-asset exchange, OTC desk, prime broker, custodian, market maker, RWA issuer or tokenization platform;
- Experience with million-dollar institutional transactions or allocations and an established Asian institutional network.
