Clarence oversees legal and compliance across HashKey Group globally, and brings over 15 years of legal experience. Before joining HashKey, he was a partner at renowned law firms, focusing on investment, M&A, IPOs, and regulatory compliance. He also served as Senior Legal Counsel in Tencent’s Compliance Transactions Department, where he gained extensive expertise in cross-border transactions and compliance management.

Clarence holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Peking University Law School and is qualified to practice law in China.
