CAEX and HashKey Announce Strategic Technology Partnership

Hong Kong, Apr. 22, 2026 — Following the recent announcement of strategic investment from HashKey Capital, CAEX (Vietnam Prosperity Crypto Asset Exchange) today announced a strategic technology partnership with HashKey Digital Asset Group, a subsidiary of HashKey Holdings Limited (3887.HK), to build and launch a premier, fully licensed crypto asset exchange tailored for the Vietnamese market. HashKey and CAEX will hold a signing ceremony on April 22 at 2pm HKT during Hong Kong Web3 Festival to officially commence this partnership.

This next phase of collaboration marks a significant step forward in CAEX’s mission to establish a secure, compliant, and institution-grade digital asset trading platform, aligned with Vietnam’s emerging regulatory framework. This strengthens the foundation for a regulated market by combining HashKey’s global expertise in regulated digital asset infrastructure and CAEX’s local market leadership and regulatory alignment. Together, the two organizations will deliver a world-class exchange platform designed to meet all local licensing requirements under Vietnam’s crypto regulatory regime.

Under the agreement, HashKey will serve as CAEX’s core technology partner and grant CAEX an exclusive license to deploy its institutional-grade exchange technology within Vietnam to power CAEX’s digital asset exchange business. HashKey will provide end-to-end support in platform architecture, security, and compliance systems, and will lead a major development initiative to build a customized and fully localized exchange platform for CAEX. The partnership will be implemented in multiple phases, with the initial phase focusing on core trading infrastructure, compliance and risk management systems, and regulatory requirements, followed by later phases enhancing advanced features.

This partnership reinforces CAEX’s position at the forefront of Vietnam’s regulated crypto market, following its earlier capital and strategic backing announcement.
