HashKey Group Joins the HKMA's Tokenised Bond Expert Group

Hong Kong, Jun. 5, 2026 — HashKey Group ("HashKey", or "the Group", Stock Code: 3887.HK), an established comprehensive digital asset company in Asia, today announced that it has joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's (HKMA) Tokenised Bond Expert Group as one of its initial member institutions. HashKey's representatives exchanged views with regulators and industry peers on Hong Kong's current legal and regulatory regime as well as its application to tokenised bond issuance and transactions during the Expert Group's discussions.
In recent years, there has been a series of landmark tokenised bond initiatives in Hong Kong. The market has matured from sporadic standalone product innovation to development of rules, frameworks and underlying infrastructure. The establishment of the Expert Group will consolidate on-the-ground expertise from regulators and market participants to further advance tokenised bond market development.
