Dear HashKey Candidates,

HashKey Group (“HashKey” or “the Company”) has recently received reports from multiple candidates across various countries and regions indicating that individuals unaffiliated with the Company have contacted them via LinkedIn, email, or other channels, falsely claiming to represent HashKey in recruitment activities. Our internal investigation confirms that these individuals are neither current employees nor authorized recruiters of HashKey. These actions constitute unauthorized recruitment activities conducted under the guise of HashKey and are suspected to be unlawful.

These unauthorized activities are in no way associated with HashKey Group. HashKey Group conducts all business exclusively through official channels. Under no circumstances will HashKey Group request payments, bank details, or other sensitive information during the recruitment process, nor will it do so through unofficial channels, including but not limited to instant messaging apps, social media direct messages, or online chat platforms.

To safeguard your rights and interests, please take careful note of the following:

  1. Verify Official Recruitment Channels: All job postings from HashKey are published exclusively on our official website (group.hashkey.com) and authorized platforms bearing the hashkey.com domain (e.g., websites or email addresses ending in @hashkey.com). For any recruitment‑related questions, please contact the HashKey Global Talent Acquisition team directly by email (Job@hashkey.com) for verification.

  2. Be Aware of Unofficial Contacts: If you receive a suspicious recruitment invitation through unofficial channels such as LinkedIn direct messages, instant messaging applications, or personal email accounts, and are uncertain whether the sender is genuinely from HashKey, please remain highly vigilant and exercise extreme caution. All official email addresses of HashKey employees end with @hashkey.com. Any recruitment communication from a different domain should be considered unauthorized.

  3. Protect Your Sensitive Information: Please do not provide any sensitive information such as your identification documents, bank account details, or passwords to any individual or organization whose identity has not been verified. Avoid clicking suspicious links or downloading software from untrusted sources. HashKey Group will not, at any stage of the recruitment process, require candidates to pay any fees (including but not limited to recruitment fees, visa fees, training fees, or deposits). Any recruitment contact requesting payment from you is not from HashKey.

  4. We attach great importance to recruitment security and the interests of our candidates. If you receive any recruitment information you find questionable, please contact and verify with the HashKey Global Talent Acquisition team as soon as possible. If you believe you have been a victim of unauthorized recruitment activities, please report the matter to the relevant authorities and take legal steps to protect your rights.

HashKey Group remains committed to protecting the rights and interests of candidates and partners and will continue to take proactive measures to combat such unauthorized activities. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
