Machiuanna was ranked among the leading lawyers in Corporate M&A in China by Chambers Asia-Pacific from 2019 to 2021.
Anna Liu Anna Liu is Head of Legal at HashKey Group. With a focus on financial innovation, FinTech and telecommunications, Anna has practiced in investment funds, Hong Kong & Overseas Capital Markets. Before joining HashKey, she was a Senior Legal Counsel at tech conglomerate Tencent.
