Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Institutional Sales professional to join our team as we expand our presence in the crypto fund industry. As an Institutional Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our crypto fund by building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and engage institutional investors, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and family offices.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking within the institutional investor community.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and due diligence sessions to effectively communicate the value proposition of our crypto fund to institutional investors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio management and operations, to address client needs, provide investment updates, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing servicing.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to effectively position our crypto fund in the market.

  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop sales materials, presentations, and thought leadership content tailored to institutional clients' needs and interests.

  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets, providing regular updates to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA) preferred.

  • Proven track record in institutional sales, preferably in the financial services or asset management industry. Experience in selling crypto or alternative investment products is highly desirable.

  • Deep understanding of institutional investor needs, preferences, and decision-making processes.

  • Strong network and established relationships within the institutional investor community.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
