Overview:

HashKey Wealth is new business line and part of HashKey Group. It aims to become the regulated and compliant platform of choice for Asia-based high net worth individuals and family offices looking to participate in web3 and digital assets. This individual will report to the Head of HashKey Wealth.


Responsibilities

  • Focus on Asia-based HNW individuals and family offices, as well as institutions, and drive successful sales in terms of AUM of digital assets focused funds and products, and other comprehensive services related to digital assets (e.g. trading, custody, advisory)

  • Manage all aspects of client relationship, develop and maintain long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts, as well as through resources and expertise of HashKey’s platforms, products, services, and networks

  • Actively involved in prospecting and acquiring new clients, cultivate prospect lists and actively convert them into clients and deepen relationships

  • Update clients regularly on crypto markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities and risks

  • Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth and compliant execution in the relevant local markets

  • Cross-sell other HashKey Group services, products and solutions


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering Business, Management, Finance, Economics)

  • Basic understanding of digital assets and blockchain, and have a keen interest in the latest developments in the sector

  • Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients when it comes to the novel asset class of digital assets/crypto

  • Proven track record on investment sales and / or relationship management performance

  • Self-motivated, result driven, flexible and 100% client-focused

  • Communication style that will enhance credibility and create trust with clients; strong presentation skills and superior client management skills

  • Team player capable of working effectively with various business partners

  • Prior experience in advising clients on global financial markets, global financial instruments, and portfolio allocation is definite plus

  • Appropriate local regulatory qualifications and licenses

  • Required to work in a global market - ability to write and speak fluently in bilingual (English/Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese)
