Rain Long has extensive management experience in the fintech, telecom, and tech industries. Over the past 20 years, she held core senior management positions in a breadth of companies, leading major business transformation and organizational innovation projects and earning a rapidly growing influence on the industry.

Before joining Hashkey Group, she served as Senior Advisor to the CEO and Chief Human Resources Officer at Binance, during which she made Binance the largest and most powerful crypto trading platform in the world within 3 years alongside the CEO. She has been a core enabler of Binance’s organizational growth, digital transformation, and remote and distributed team working models. 

Previously, Rain held the roles of Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel at JD.com for seven years where she brought significant contributions to its Nasdaq IPO in 2014. 

Prior, she was the Senior Vice President, Global Chief legal Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of UTStarcom, a publicly traded company in the U.S., and holds a professional qualification certificate in the People’s Republic of China.

Rain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law, an EMBA degree from the China Europe International Business School, and a mini-MBA from Stanford as part of the Stanford Executive Program.
