Kbank will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the compliance and feasibility of these innovative business models within the South Korean financial environment. BPMG, through its US subsidiary ARACORE, will lead the business cooperation, primarily providing technical support and building the underlying payment and settlement infrastructure based on stablecoins. The three companies will work closely together to jointly expand into the global digital asset market. HashKey Group has long been committed to building an interconnected Asian digital asset infrastructure by fully leveraging its core advantages in its global licensing and regulatory footprint, institutional-grade digital asset services, and cross-jurisdictional operations.
