The partnership, executed through Oceanus’s technology subsidiary Oceanus Digital Intelligence Network Pte. Ltd (ODIN) 以及 HashKey Technology Services Pte Ltd, aims to bridge the $2.5 trillion global trade finance gap—a deficit that disproportionately affects small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).
