Hong Kong, May 13, 2024 –<\/strong> HashKey Capital Limited, a leading virtual asset management firm, is proud to announce that it has secured a Type 4 licence from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).<\/strong> The firm operates under licence number BOP237, making it the first licensed corporation capable of offering both securities and virtual asset management and advisory services to retail investors following the satisfaction of certain conditions.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

With the Type 4 licence, HashKey Capital is authorised to provide securities and virtual asset advisory services, subject to conditions including due dilligence and investors\u2019 knowledge assessments. This achievement builds upon the firm’s successful Type 9 licence upgrade earlier this year, which empowered it to manage virtual asset investment products for retail investors. Now, with both the Type 4 and upgraded Type 9 licences, HashKey Capital can offer a more complete suite of financial services, including securities and virtual asset investment research and advisory services tailored to both retail and professional investors.<\/span><\/p><\/div>
