Hong Kong, Apr. 15, 2024 \u2013 Bosera Funds (International) Limited<\/strong> (“Bosera International”) has received approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to expand its business scope to include asset management services related to virtual assets, in addition to its existing License 9 (Provision of Asset Management) business.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Simultaneously, HashKey Capital, a leading institutional-grade virtual asset manager<\/strong>, has also received approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to upgrade its existing License 9 held by HashKey Capital Limited. This upgrade allows HashKey Capital to offer virtual asset fund product services to retail investors, further expanding its offerings in the virtual asset management space.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

This significant development marks a new chapter in the partnership between Bosera International and HashKey Capital. Moving forward, the two companies will leverage their combined resources to focus on various areas such as virtual asset spot ETFs, blockchain technology, and fintech.
