Hong Kong, May. 4, 2023 \u2014 <\/strong>Hash Blockchain Limited (\u201cHashKey\u201d) and Hundsun Ayers Technologies Limited (\u201cHundsun Ayers\u201d) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (\u201cMOU\u201d) to explore strategic cooperation in the field of virtual assets and financial services.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

HashKey is the operator of HashKey PRO, a regulated virtual asset exchange set to launch in the second quarter of 2023. On a mission to set the bar for virtual asset exchanges in compliance, safety, and security, HashKey PRO has received approval from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to operate a virtual asset trading platform under a Type 1 (Dealing in securities) licence and a Type 7 (Providing automated trading services) licence.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

As part of the MOU, Hundsun Ayers and HashKey will collaborate on various initiatives aimed at enhancing their respective product offerings and exploring new business opportunities. The partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to provide customers with innovative and cutting-edge solutions in the financial and virtual asset market.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

In particular, both companies will focus on exploring the joint development of new products and service offerings that will allow licensed securities and financial brokers to utilise the products and services of both companies. The technical teams of both companies will work together to jointly develop the new products. In addition, Hundsun Ayers and HashKey will explore collaboration on marketing of the new products and any other joint initiatives to respective target markets, with the aim of maximizing adoption.<\/span><\/p><\/div>
