Hong Kong, Dec. 17, 2025 \u2013 HashKey Holdings Limited (“HashKey” or the “Company”, Stock Code: 3887.HK), a leading digital asset company in Asia, officially listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited today. <\/strong>The company becomes the first publicly listed digital asset company in Asia through an IPO in Hong Kong. This milestone marks the company’s entry into a new stage of development and establishes a stronger foundation for its global expansion and long-term strategic initiatives.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

At the listing ceremony, the Chairman and CEO of HashKey, Dr Xiao Feng, stated: “Listing on the HKEX is a starting point that resembles greater responsibility. As a company deeply rooted in Hong Kong, we have always believed that compliance is essential for achieving long-term success and sustainable growth. In the future, we will continue to enhance our infrastructure capabilities and strengthen key competencies in security, custody, on-chain execution and compliance to build a leading digital asset infrastructure service platform.”<\/span><\/p><\/div>

The IPO received high attention from the market. The company attracted nine cornerstone investors, including UBS AM Singapore, Fidelity, and CDH. HashKey’s successful listing also represents the first IPO of a digital asset company in Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p><\/div>
