Hong Kong, Sep. 16, 2026 — HashKey Holdings Limited (3887.HK), a leading comprehensive digital asset company in Asia, announced that its licensed trading platform, HashKey Exchange, officially launched the deposit and withdrawal functions for HKDAP, the regulated HKD stablecoin on September 16, 2026. This makes it one of the first of licensed virtual asset trading platforms to support HKDAP deposits and withdrawals.
Eligible professional investors can deposit HKDAP assets into their HashKey Exchange accounts using verified whitelisted wallet addresses, and can also withdraw HKDAP from their HashKey Exchange accounts to verified external whitelisted wallet addresses. Currently, HKDAP deposits and withdrawals are supported exclusively through the Ethereum (ERC-20) network.
The launch of the deposit and withdrawal functions further expands the circulation of HKDAP on HashKey Exchange. Users can flexibly transfer HKDAP between platform accounts and external whitelisted wallet addresses, which gives users more room to maneuver for holding and usage. This move extends the application of the Hong Kong Dollar stablecoin from mere holding to broader on-chain activities such as trading and payments. It also broadens the application scenarios within the digital asset ecosystem. Moving forward, HashKey Exchange will continue to expand digital asset-related services by deepening its Asia Connect strategy and helping professional investors integrate efficiently and securely into the digital asset ecosystem.
