Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven member to join our Tokenisation team, focusing primarily on business development. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of tokenization solutions while overseeing project delivery aspects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent HashKey Tokenisation to identify and drive business opportunities including potential clients and partnerships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in Tokenisation, and work closely with various stakeholders to showcase our tokenisation capabilities to target clients, including preparation and presentations of proposals & negotiations of contractual and commercials terms, etc.

• You will play a key role in ensuring seamless information flow and coordination among teams such as Legal, Compliance, Product, Marketing to align product goals as a whole.

• Analyze market trends comprehensively and identify potential avenues for growth that position our team as a leader in the market.

• Oversee the project delivery process by providing strategic guidance for the timely and successful execution of tokenization projects.

• Facilitate communication between clients and project teams, providing updates and gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction on project delivery. Internally, facilitate collaboration between different department to ensure a holistic approach to client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Web3 Funds, listing, digital assets, or related fields, with significant exposure to BD (Business Development), Consulting or Business Analysis activities. Proven experience in Web3 projects is essential.

• Demonstrated strong business acumen and Web3 background, with a focus on BD capabilities.

• Proven ability to navigate diverse cultural and fast-paced environments.

• Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to make visionary decisions in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing market. You should be able to anticipate market shifts and position the company accordingly.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and team leadership abilities. You will be required to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
