Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify new business opportunities with target clients, including hedge fund ,Web3 market maker, API trader,crypto whale and VIP client)

  • Build client & investor communities via online & offline sales channels, seminars, and events

  • Liaise with internal marketing and communications stakeholders on marketing initiatives as a leverage for sales campaigns and content distribution

  • Prepare for and attend periodic account reviews with clients

  • Proactive in delivering high quality account management services to existing clients

  • Work closely with business units to cross-sell, leverage and maximize collaboration opportunities as well as to build partnerships with related function units to enhance efficiency and execution

  • Participate in the product development process, including initiating product ideas, launching and promoting products

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree holder or above

  • Institutional sales experience in investment management firms, financial institutions, digital asset firm, etc. is a plus

  • Passion for and good understanding of digital assets

  • Able to work independently and under high time pressure to deliver good quality work

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

  • High intellectual curiosity, energy, creativity and integrity

  • The following experience is preferred: top exchange institutional sales, Market Make Ops,API broker Ops or User Growth, etc.

  • Proactive, innovative and a good team player.

  • Working Place: oversea, HONGKONG prefer
