Overview:

As the Liquid fund Director, Portfolio Manager, you will lead the strategic management of a cryptocurrency exchange-traded fund (ETF), overseeing research, analysis, and investment decisions. You will be responsible for crafting investment strategies, managing the fund's portfolio, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate investment strategies to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough research on cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and related technologies.

· Analyze market trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments impacting the cryptocurrency market.

· Evaluate the performance and potential of different cryptocurrencies to inform investment decisions.

· Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve the fund's objectives.

· Construct and manage the fund's portfolio, including asset allocation, rebalancing, and optimization.

· Monitor the performance of the portfolio and adjust investment positions as needed to maximize returns and manage risk.

· Prepare regular reports on the fund's performance, investment holdings, and market outlook for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.

· CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or similar professional certification is highly desirable.

· At least 8 years’ experience in portfolio management, ideally with a focus on cryptocurrencies or alternative investments.

· Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related financial instruments.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to ETFs and cryptocurrency investments.

· Excellent analytical skills and ability to perform complex financial modeling and risk analysis.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate investment strategies and market insights.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
