Event Marketing Specialist / Manager

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end events, including brand campaigns, industry conferences, and exhibitions — from concept and planning to on-site delivery.

  • Align event strategies with overall brand and business goals.

  • Collaborate closely with PR, social media, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and quality execution.

  • Manage vendors, sponsors, and partners; oversee event budgets and logistics.

  • Coordinate design and production of branded merchandise across business units.

  • Track and analyze event performance (attendance, engagement, ROI) and develop best-practice templates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

  • 2+ years of experience managing events (300+ attendees); Web3 or fintech background preferred.

  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent English; able to coordinate effectively with global teams and vendors.

  • Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
