Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end events, including brand campaigns, industry conferences, and exhibitions — from concept and planning to on-site delivery.
Align event strategies with overall brand and business goals.
Collaborate closely with PR, social media, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and quality execution.
Manage vendors, sponsors, and partners; oversee event budgets and logistics.
Coordinate design and production of branded merchandise across business units.
Track and analyze event performance (attendance, engagement, ROI) and develop best-practice templates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
2+ years of experience managing events (300+ attendees); Web3 or fintech background preferred.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English; able to coordinate effectively with global teams and vendors.
Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
