Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations, including trading processes, customer support, risk management, and compliance procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.

- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, technology partners, and financial institutions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the digital currency or financial services industry.

- In-depth knowledge of digital currency trading processes, risk management, and compliance procedures.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices related to digital currency exchanges.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive operational improvements.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal) is required.
