Our members include seasoned financial experts from international investment banks and asset management firms, providing compliant and robust digital transformation solutions for traditional financial institutions. At the same time, we are equipped with native Web3 developers and researchers who are deeply rooted in blockchain technology, supporting crypto projects in building solid and reliable economic and technical frameworks.
We also possess extensive experience in international market expansion, successfully establishing bridges between traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem. Anna Liu
Chief Executive Officer
Anna Liu has been with HashKey Group since its establishment. Assuming leadership of the Legal Department in 2018, she steered the team to provide comprehensive legal support across the Group's ecosystem. This includes compliance for exchange operations, custody services, brokerage, venture capital, asset management, node validation and other Web3 infrastructure services spanning multiple jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. Her remit has included securing and maintaining the Group's regulatory licences across these territories.
Currently heading HashKey Tokenisation, Anna provides strategic guidance on assets tokenisation alongside legal and compliance matters in the digital asset space, positioning the organisation to capitalise on these emerging opportunities.

Dr. David Zou
Chief Economist
Dr. Zou currently serves as Chief Economist at HashKey, where he provides strategic insights on the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. He also holds positions as Director at the Frontier Finance Research Center of Shanghai Finance & Development Lab, and serves as External Advisor to academic institutions including Renmin University Law School and Tsinghua SEM's Digital Finance Assets Research Centre.
With professional experience spanning China's prominent financial institutions, Dr. Zou was recognised as "Institutional Chief Economist of the Year" by China Business News in 2019. His academic background includes degrees from Harvard Kennedy School, Tsinghua University and Peking University.

Cleo Cui
Cleo has been actively engaged in the digital asset industry since 2017, accumulating substantial expertise in blockchain solution development. Her research encompasses three primary domains: technical innovations and business models within public blockchain ecosystems, economic architectures and governance mechanisms for application-layer protocols, and the evolving regulatory landscape governing digital assets. As co-author of several notable publications including Deconstructing Digital Infrastructure, Metaverse Economics, and Digital Assets: Innovation, Risk and Regulation, Cleo has received multiple industry accolades recognising her professional contributions.

Andy Lee
Andy brings fifteen years of cross-sector expertise spanning fintech, gaming and blockchain industries. As an accomplished interdisciplinary professional, he previously managed game products at Tencent Lightspeed Studio, generating over $100 million in annual revenue. Later, he founded a successful blockchain gaming studio that achieved an $80 million valuation. Andy's financial sector experience includes leading strategic initiatives such as the establishment of a Hong Kong virtual bank and overseeing acquisition projects for Indonesian banking institutions.
Combining his investment banking background with proven entrepreneurial success, Andy now focuses on developing innovative asset tokenisation solutions at HashKey. His unique perspective bridges institutional financial expertise with technological innovation, positioning him to drive meaningful progress in the digital assets ecosystem.

Alex Fu
Alex Fu specialises in Web3-native asset architecture and tokenomics at HashKey Tokenisation. A Durham University Natural Sciences graduate and LSE alumnus (MSc Philosophy of Science), he combines scientific rigour with economic theory to design next-generation blockchain ecosystems.
A crypto-native professional, Alex has developed deep expertise in DeFi and GameFi protocols. His work focuses on building sustainable tokenomic frameworks and innovative Web3 incentive structures that align long-term network growth with participant rewards.

Vino Yao
Vino Yao is a leading expert in tokenomics, specialising in digital securities and decentralised finance (DeFi). At HashKey Tokenisation, she focuses on RWA compliance frameworks, smart contract architecture, and tokenised business model design, leveraging her deep industry insights to bridge institutional finance with blockchain innovation.
Prior to joining HashKey, Vino honed her strategic expertise as a consultant at China Investment Consulting, where she developed a robust foundation in financial analysis and regulatory advisory. This diverse background enables her to design tokenisation solutions that meet both commercial and compliance requirements.
Vino holds a Master’s degree from the University of Bristol, UK.

Puyu Wang
Puyu brings a unique combination of corporate experience and academic rigour to his role at HashKey Group. With a professional background spanning Huawei Technologies and COSCO Group, he has developed substantial enterprise-level expertise complemented by years of university teaching and blockchain research.
Since joining HashKey in 2021, he has specialised in designing Web3 economic architectures, providing tokenisation advisory services, and developing customised economic models for various Web3 projects including DePIN and SocialFi platforms.
Puyu's academic contributions include co-authoring three professional blockchain textbooks and receiving the prestigious 12th Golden Sheep Award for Financial Publications.

William Li
A finance graduate from Nankai University with extensive experience across traditional and digital finance, William has served as chief digital asset analyst for several leading institutions including TF Securities, Huobi Group, OK Group and Harvest Fund. His advisory work with Hong Kong regulators encompasses tokenised securities, stablecoin frameworks, OTC trading mechanisms, virtual asset ETFs and staking protocols.
William's achievements include architecting Hong Kong's inaugural tokenised fund and developing Asia's first virtual asset spot ETF, establishing him as a pioneer in institutional digital asset solutions. At HashKey Tokenisation, he focuses on advancing compliant tokenisation frameworks that bridge traditional and decentralised finance.

Kelvin Lau
Kelvin Lau brings over 15 years of comprehensive financial services experience spanning capital markets, fintech innovation, retail brokerage systems, and asset/wealth management solutions. His career includes executive positions at major institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, Hang Seng Bank, China Merchants Securities, GF Securities and Huatai Securities, where he developed substantial cross-market expertise.
As a Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)-approved responsible officer since 2018, Kelvin possesses authoritative knowledge of Hong Kong's financial regulations and compliance protocols. He complements his practical experience with academic credentials including a Master of Finance degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Alexandra Wang
Alexandra brings extensive cryptocurrency and digital assets expertise cultivated through years of market experience in Europe. Having founded a crypto research firm providing institutional-grade insights, she subsequently led business development and investor relations for blockchain projects while contributing to crypto product development and node operations management for a leading Swiss asset manager.
A graduate in War Studies & Philosophy from King's College London, Alexandra is fluent in English and Chinese with working knowledge of German. Beyond finance, she maintains active pursuits in artistic creation and polo.

Richard Lau
Richard brings over ten years of multifaceted experience as a project leader and business analyst across both cryptocurrency and traditional finance sectors. His expertise spans the full spectrum of financial services operations, including product development, IT systems architecture, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and financial strategy formulation.
At HashKey Tokenisation, Richard leads strategic initiatives with particular focus on Real World Assets (RWA) tokenisation, where he oversees end-to-end project execution while driving measurable business growth. His approach combines institutional finance discipline with blockchain innovation to develop scalable, compliant tokenisation solutions for professional investors.
