Mr. Zhu Minghua joined our Group in November 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer of our Company and has been serving in this role since then.

Mr. Zhu has over 15 years of significant experience in financial management. Prior to joining our Group, he served as a vice president of finance at Meituan (stock code: 3690). Previously, he also held financial director positions at Baidu Inc. (stock code: 9888) and Amazon China, and served in various roles at Dell China and Motorola.

Mr. Zhu obtained his master's degree in accounting from Nankai University and his Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Tsinghua University. He was also qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in the PRC.
