Mr. Ru Haiyang joined our Group in April 2023 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HashKey Exchange.

Mr. Ru has over 10 years of extensive experience in financial technology and operations. Prior to joining our Group, he served as the deputy general manager of Ant Group, where he was responsible for leading strategic partnerships with global payment networks and managing customer balance operations and payment tool optimization. Additionally, Mr. Ru has served as the general manager of the rental business center at KE Holdings Inc. (stock code: 2423; stock ticker: BEKE) and as the senior director of operations and finance at Meituan (Stock Code: 3690).

Mr. Ru obtained his bachelor's degree in economics from Fudan University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University.
