Ms. Liu Jia Anna joined our Group in July 2018 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HashKey Tokenisation, the tokenisation division of the Group.

Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Liu served as the senior legal counsel at Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited (a subsidiary of Tencent Holdings Limited, Stock Code: 0700), where she was responsible for overseeing a broad range of M&A, investment and capital markets transactions.

Ms. Liu obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Shenzhen University School of Law and her Master of Laws (Intellectual Property and Technology Law) from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Ms. Liu currently holds a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in China.
