Key Responsibilities:


1. Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and online chat.

2. Address customer inquiries about products and services, handle complaints and feedback.

3. Assist clients with technical issues or escalate to the appropriate technical support team.

4. Record and update customer service data and issue resolution details.

5. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency.

6. Participate in regular training to stay updated on product, service, and policy changes.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
