Responsibilities:

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to drive and execute new futures listing. Develop and implement a comprehensive futures listing process, continuously optimizing the process to ensure the frequency and speed of listing.

• Manage futures listing campaigns and promotion planning, initiate event proposals, oversee execution, and conduct comprehensive analyses of event outcomes.

• Collaborate with project teams and spot trading teams to enhance external traffic conversion for key trading pairs.

• Regularly track and analyze data from ongoing futures listings, optimizing operational strategies and ensuring effective implementation.

• Optimize futures products by coordinating with product and technical teams, managing progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of product features.

• Analyze competitor operations, propose solutions, and implement necessary actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in fields such as finance, marketing, media, or language-related disciplines.

• Over 2 years of experience in crypto Futures operations, with a solid understanding of the current competitive landscape.

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify industry trends.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities in new business areas and unite teams to drive development.

• Proficient in English as a working language.
