Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at HashKey.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving institutional sales efforts and building strong relationships with clients in the institutional market. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive institutional sales and meet revenue targets.

  • Identify and engage with potential institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, financial institutions, and other relevant entities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the institutional market.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives and requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to deliver customized offerings and address client needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

  • Provide feedback and insights from the market to contribute to product development and enhancements.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development; licensed sales representative.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in institutional sales within the financial services industry, preferably in traditional financial institutes, fintech, blockchain, or Web3 companies.

  • In-depth knowledge of institutional sales processes, including prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure.

  • Strong network and relationships with key institutional clients and industry professionals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English and excellent in written Chinese and English

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Passion for Web3 technologies and a desire to contribute to the growth and adoption of decentralized solutions.
