Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create impactful content, manage events, and oversee digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a compelling content strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various channels, including website, blogs, social media, and external publications.
Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events, including industry conferences, networking sessions, and community meetups to enhance brand positioning and business development.
Social Media & Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s social media presence, manage content calendars, and develop campaigns to grow engagement and followers across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Telegram.
Brand & Communications: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and communications.
Partnership & Influencer Engagement: Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and strategic partners to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
Chinese Content Review: Ensure high-quality and accurate translation and localization of marketing materials from English to Chinese, and vice versa, maintaining brand tone and compliance.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
Campaign Performance & Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably with an agency background or experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain industries.
· Proven expertise in content strategy, event management, and social media marketing.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, paid media, and audience engagement strategies.
· Strong bilingual capability in English and Chinese, with Chinese content writing and review skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
