Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our banking channels, ensuring smooth and efficient payment processes.

  • Oversee the daily operations of overseas banking channels, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payment transactions.

  • Monitor and analyze payment data, identify issues, and provide optimization suggestions to enhance the user experience.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas banks and financial institutions to ensure channel stability and security.

  • Assist in handling payment-related customer issues, providing professional solutions and support.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, proposing improvements to enhance market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.

  • Over 5 years of experience in the financial or payment industry, with experience in overseas banking channels preferred.

  • Familiarity with payment processes and related regulations, as well as insights into international financial market trends.

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficient in English for work purposes, with excellent communication skills and team spirit for effective collaboration across departments and external institutions.

  • Highly self-motivated, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
