Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our banking channels, ensuring smooth and efficient payment processes.
Oversee the daily operations of overseas banking channels, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payment transactions.
Monitor and analyze payment data, identify issues, and provide optimization suggestions to enhance the user experience.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas banks and financial institutions to ensure channel stability and security.
Assist in handling payment-related customer issues, providing professional solutions and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, proposing improvements to enhance market competitiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in the financial or payment industry, with experience in overseas banking channels preferred.
Familiarity with payment processes and related regulations, as well as insights into international financial market trends.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in English for work purposes, with excellent communication skills and team spirit for effective collaboration across departments and external institutions.
Highly self-motivated, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
