Job Responsibilities and Duties:

•Monitor daily operational issues and liaise with internal and external parties to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth exchange operations

•Anticipate and troubleshoot wallet issues faced by users in a timely manner with internal stakeholders•Implement and update policies and SOPs regarding latest regulatory requirements to effectively manage the key risks

•Conduct fiat/ digital assets reconciliation, trades matching & reconciliation, client deposits & withdrawal instructions, other settlement duties and return calculation, etc.

•Improve the overall trading experience by regularly auditing exchange system performance

•Liaise with internal partners to provide customer support, client onboarding and other operational related tasks

•Manage the reporting and backend system with regularly presented analyses including dashboards and other exchange related metrics to the senior management

Qualifications:

•Experience and knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, KYC and Cryptocurrencies Trading

•Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, and other related disciplines

•At least 2 years of Cryptocurrencies experience or traditional market background ,with passionate on Cryptocurrencies will also be considered

•Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

•Less experience will be considered for the position of Associate
