Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide full support to all Sales team members ensuring world-class service and client satisfaction.
Assist in the account opening process by conducting proper documentation review and preparing KYC pack for Compliance.
Coordinate cross functionally (Legal and Compliance, Operations, Trading, Risk) to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage sales tracker and ensure timely reporting of important information and sales trends/insights.
Drive business improvements by proactively proposing enhancements to boost business objectives, streamline processes as well as internal systems and tools.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
Knowledge of Web3/Crypto is a plus.
