Job Responsibilities:

• Explore high-value cryptocurrency projects, establish strong connections with the crypto community, token project founders, and prominent venture capitalists;

• Lead internal approval processes and present justifications to the management committee for listing approval;

• Provide insights during due diligence, assist in evaluating projects from multiple angles including team background, token economics, product competitiveness, and community popularity;

• Collaborate with various departments to progress business terms determination, contract signing, security audits, etc., ensuring project and process safety and compliance;

• Participate in relevant global events as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills;

• Honest, disciplined, committed to professional ethics, and passionate about crypto and WEB3;

• At least 2 years of senior crypto experience, including crypto asset research, DeFi, NFTs, and crypto trading, whether as a passion or profession;

• Keen perception of emerging trends and a good understanding of various crypto assets and token economics;

• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of regular interaction with founders/builders and community members;

• Strong sense of responsibility, no shifting blame or making excuses for failure. Helpful, considerate, and responsive to internal/external teams;

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong self-learning abilities and capacity to handle high-intensity work;

• Clear written communication and analytical skills, crucial for crypto evaluations and internal reports;
