Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy across HashKey’s businesses (Exchange, Chain, Capital, Tokenisation, etc.).
Build an integrated marketing framework that aligns brand, product, and growth initiatives with business objectives.
Partner with executive leadership to position HashKey as a thought leader in the regulated Web3 and digital finance space.
2. Brand & Communications
Lead brand identity development and ensure message consistency across all channels and regions.
Oversee media relations, PR campaigns, and crisis communications with a strong understanding of compliance in regulated markets.
Manage key agency and media partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
3. Growth & Ecosystem Marketing
Develop and implement user acquisition and retention strategies across both institutional and retail segments.
Oversee product marketing initiatives and go-to-market (GTM) launches for new business lines.
Design and execute ecosystem campaigns that strengthen HashKey’s presence across partners, developers, and communities.
4. Digital & Content Marketing
Drive digital storytelling and community engagement through multi-channel content (social media, blog, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Build thought leadership through reports, insights, and industry collaborations.
Leverage analytics to optimize content performance and campaign ROI.
5. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing team across functions (brand, digital, PR, growth, design).
Establish KPIs, performance frameworks, and ensure cross-team collaboration with product, BD, and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred.
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in fintech, blockchain, crypto, or financial services marketing.
Deep understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing in a regulated environment.
Strong strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
