Job Responsibilities: 

- Responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents and provide holistic risk assessment and suggestions to enhance business value while mitigating downside risk across multiple areas of the company.

- Assist in the negotiation of investment contracts and agreements, and support in a variety of transactional and corporate governance initiatives. 

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and licenses. 

- Navigate licensing requirements for crypto-related activities, such as cryptocurrency exchanges or wallet services. 

- Monitor and interpret evolving regulations and guidelines in the crypto and blockchain space. 

Job Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the bar. 

- 3 - 6 years of experience in legal roles, with a strong emphasis on crypto and blockchain matters. 

- In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency technologies, blockchain, and related legal issues. 

- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. 

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. 

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulatory landscapes and provide proactive legal guidance. 

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 

- Previous experience with crypto exchanges, wallet services, or blockchain startups (preferred).
