Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. In depth research, review and coordinate external/internal resources to perform due diligence on the Tokens (both security and non-security) for potential listing.

2. Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting of tokens made available on HashKey platform.

3. Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on the latest blockchain industry development and regulatory requirements for virtual asset trading platforms globally and especially in Hong Kong.

4. Preparing updates and supporting information for communication with regulators.

5. Coordination and communication with projects and other service providers to achieve the task of token review in compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Record keeping (including meeting minutes preparation) and documentation as part of the diligence process.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Degree holder in any analytical discipline

• Years of Experience: 2+ years (Experience and expertise in Defi a requirement)

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Sufficient understanding of traditional finance and blockchain/digital asset ecosystems

• Good analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
