Hong Kong, January 15, 2024 - HashKey Exchange and Pando Finance (Pando Limited), a licensed asset management company regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, announce the establishment of a strategic partnership.

On a mission to set the bar for virtual asset exchanges in compliance, safety, and security, HashKey Exchange has received regulatory approval from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (“SFC”) to operate a virtual asset trading platform under a Type 1 (Dealing in securities) licence and a Type 7 (Providing automated trading services) licence.
Pando Finance is a licensed company that offers a variety of investment solutions to both corporate and individual investors. The core business of the company includes two actively managed ETFs: Pando Blockchain Theme ETF (3112 HK) and Pando Innovation Theme ETF (3056 HK).
