Mr. El-Baz leads HashKey’s licensed exchange entities across the Middle East and Europe. Since joining the Group in 2018, he has held leadership roles spanning ecosystem development, licensing, and international expansion, and has served as a director of the Group’s Bermuda and token-related entities.Before joining HashKey, Mr. El-Baz co-founded the Stanford Blockchain Collective and taught blockchain and cryptocurrency at Stanford University. He also held senior product and business development positions at technology firms in the United States and China.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tulane University and a Master’s degree in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
