Over the past 20 years, she has held core senior management positions in many companies, helped many enterprises achieve business transformation and organizational innovation, achieved significant achievements, and has had a profound influence on the industry.
Before joining Hashkey Group, she served as Senior Advisor to the CEO and Chief Human Resources Officer of Binance, where she supported the CEO in making Binance the largest and most powerful crypto trading platform in the world within 3 years successfully. She has been a core enabler of upgrading Binance's organization, digital transformation, and adapting to a truly remote and distributed team working model.
Prior to Binance, Rain held the positions of Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel at JD.com for seven years and was fully involved in the IPO process for the successful listing on Nasdaq in 2014.
Prior to JD.com, she was the Senior Vice President, Global Chief legal Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of UTStarcom, a publicly traded company in the United States, and holds a professional qualification certificate in the People's Republic of China.
Rain holds a bachelor's degree in Economic Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China, and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School
