She specializes in financial innovation, fintech, and Internet legal services, and has over 10 years of experience in private placement and investment funds, cross-border investment, M&A, and Hong Kong and overseas capital markets.
She is qualified as a lawyer in China and holds a Master's degree in law from the University of San Francisco.
