Mr. Allan oversees regulatory and compliance matters for HashKey in Bermuda. He joined the Group in 2024 as a compliance officer and became Senior Representative in 2025. He previously served as Chief Compliance Officer at Orbital, Head of Compliance and Risk at Binance Gibraltar, and held senior roles at ISOLAS LLP and Fiduciary Management Limited. Earlier, he served in the Royal Air Force and British Army, retiring as a Major. Mr. Allan holds degrees in Physics and Computing and Law, is a qualified barrister in England, and a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute.
