Job Overview:

We are searching for an experienced Sales representative in Sales team for OTC desk. The role will involve driving revenue growth and market share for the OTC desk. The role requires a driven, independent, and high energy work ethic. The candidate must have strong understanding or experience in digital assets / cryptocurrencies.


Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth

  • Create, develop and maintain a sales network

  • Work closely with other business functions for the purpose of developing the brokerage business

  • Attend conferences, events, various other partnership meetings to promote objectives of the business

  • Relationship management / service and support for existing clientele

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in Sales and Business Development; experience in Traditional Finance and Crypto industry would be preferentially weighted

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to  work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Go-getter individual with a  problem-solving mindset

  • Strong understanding of the OTC business, preferably within the digital asset space

  • Strong industry/network and connections which could serve as a potential clientele base for expedient delivery of positive results

  • Understanding of Web3 Industry trends

  • Business Mandarin proficiency would be a strong plus

  • Inbound and outbound lead generation
