Job Overview:

We are searching for an experienced Sales representative in Sales team for OTC desk. The role will involve driving revenue growth and market share for the OTC desk. The role requires a driven, independent, and high energy work ethic. The candidate must have strong understanding or experience in digital assets / cryptocurrencies.


Job Responsibilities & Dutie:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to boost volume and revenue for our automated OTC and liquidity systems.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, including cold calls and cross-business referrals.

  • Communicate with counterparties to ensure the delivery of optimal HashKey OTC services.

  • Understand clients' liquidity needs and tailor execution services to meet those needs, providing comprehensive support for execution and liquidity.

  • Collaborate with developers to automate and streamline processes for greater efficiency.

  • Address and resolve trade queries from both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Meet and exceed business sales revenue targets.

  • Work with the Marketing team to explore and propose new channels for growth.

  • Offer insights on product development and collaborate with the product team to build solutions that address client needs.

  • Enhance existing client relationships to increase OTC service utilization and volume.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related quantitative field.

  • Experience in sales within financial markets. A background or interest in cryptocurrency is a plus.

  • Proven experience managing counterparty relationships in complex, high-volume financial environments.

  • Understanding of high-frequency trading (HFT) and/or market-making businesses is advantageous.

  • Experience with process improvement and automation is highly desirable.

  • Strong interest and curiosity in blockchain technology and digital assets.

  • Demonstrated success in discovery, negotiation, and objection handling.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.

  • A drive to deliver high-quality results with creative and compliant solutions.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to drive growth independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Understanding of electronic trading systems, liquidity, OMS/EMS, and B2B API connectivity.

  • Determined, ambitious, and able to influence and learn from others.

  • Ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong team player with the ability to align stakeholders and achieve objectives.

  • Willingness to travel for conferences or events as required.
