Job Description:

As a Digital Currency Field Sales Representative in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for promoting and selling digital currency products and services. Your primary responsibilities include establishing contact with potential clients, explaining the advantages and uses of digital currency, and facilitating transactions. You'll work collaboratively with a team to conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction and business growth through proactive customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and contact potential clients to establish business relationships

• Introduce digital currency products and services to potential clients and explain their advantages and uses

• Guide potential clients through the digital currency transaction process, answering any questions or concerns they may have

• Develop sales plans and strategies, identifying target customer segments through market research

• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to assist the company in developing marketing strategies

• Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and performance metrics

Skills Required:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of the digital currency market and industry, understanding of basic concepts and principles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trust with potential clients

• Strong team collaboration skills, able to work closely with internal teams

• Market research and analysis abilities, capable of identifying market opportunities and competitive advantages

• Prior experience in the virtual asset industry is a plus

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preference given to those in Finance, Marketing, or related fields

• Sales experience in the digital currency or financial sector is a plus

• Familiarity with Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus

• Relevant certifications (such as financial industry qualifications) are a plus
